A lot of people have been discussing “Beyond Scared Straight” on the social networks. This show takes high-risk adolescence and places them in prison with real criminals. This show was very up close and to the point with the at risk youth that were taking part in this program. I had the opportunity to watch this show with my family, and we were scared straight just by watching...lol
Honestly, it amazed me to see all of these men behind bars with life sentences reaching out the young want-to-be criminals. Some of the kids are on the right path after participating in scared straight, and others still chose the wrong path. This is the reason I developed a youth division that will give the kids activities to do outside of school. Kids sometime feel their voices are not heard. Young Sensations Talent Search is aspiring kids to say no to bullying, violence, and drugs.
